This website has no registration or user accounts. We only process personal data when you contact us yourself (e.g. by e-mail, through the brief form or via LinkedIn). Typically this includes:

• first and last name,
• e-mail address,
• the content of your message and related business information,
• technical data needed to deliver the communication.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data in order to:

• handle your enquiry or other question (legitimate interest / steps prior to entering into a contract),
• enter into and perform a contract for software development or related services, where applicable,
• meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax).

4. Retention period

We keep the communication for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we start working together, for the duration of the contract and then for the period required by law.

5. Recipients

We do not share data with third parties for marketing. It may only be processed by providers of services necessary to run the website and communication (e.g. hosting, e-mail provider), to the extent required for those services.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use marketing cookies or tracking analytics. It only stores your language choice so the site opens in the right language next time. The free website check loads only the public page you enter and stores neither the address nor the result.

• to object to processing,
• to data portability, where the law allows it,
