Step 03 of 4
Development in weekly increments
Every week a working version on a staging environment you can click through. Feedback goes straight into the next round — no months of silence.
- Length
- 3–6 weeks or more
- Rhythm
- Every week
- Your time
- ~30 min a week
- Payment
- Per finished phase
How it works
A week-by-week plan
week 1I split the smallest version into weekly pieces. The most important things go first so you benefit as early as possible.
A new version every week
ongoingI deploy to a staging address and send a short summary of what’s new. You can click through it with real data.
Your feedback
~30 min a weekYou write what doesn’t fit, or we talk it through on a short call. Fixes go into the next week.
Budget in view
ongoingYou see what’s done and what’s left. A bigger change in scope means a new estimate upfront, not a surprise on the invoice.
What I need from you
- One person who makes decisions and answers questions.
- Roughly 30 minutes a week to click through and give feedback.
- Sample or real data, so testing happens on what you know.
Common questions
What if the scope changes along the way?
It happens. Smaller tweaks go into the next week. A bigger change (a new module, another integration) means a new time and cost estimate before I start on it.
Can I stop at any point?
Yes. You pay for finished phases, and whatever is finished is yours — including the code.

The first step is always a short, no-strings call. We’ll find out whether it makes sense.
