How it works
Process session
60–90 minOnline or at your place. We walk through the process step by step — who does what, where data gets retyped and where things wait.
I put the map and proposal together
within 5 daysI draw the current process, work out what it costs you and propose the smallest version that delivers value right away. If something’s missing, I’ll ask.
Handover
45 minWe go through the map, the numbers and the proposal. You decide calmly, no pressure.
What I need from you
- Time from the people who actually do the process — not just management.
- Examples of the spreadsheets, forms and documents you work with.
- Roughly 2 hours of your time over the week.
Common questions
How much does the mapping cost?
We agree on the price on the intro call, based on scope. If we then continue with development, the mapping price is deducted from it.
What if I don’t want to continue after the mapping?
That’s fine. The map and the proposal are yours to use with anyone else — or just to change how you work.
