Is the call really free?
Yes. It’s 30 minutes to find out whether we understand each other and whether I can help. You don’t sign anything.
What if you find I don’t need a custom system?
I’ll say so straight away and recommend an off-the-shelf tool or a process change. Building something unnecessary makes no sense for either of us.
