Enquiry triage
AI reads the e-mail, recognises an enquiry, extracts the details and files it with a priority. Spam and “just asking” go aside.
Invoice extraction
Supplier, amounts, due date and line items from a PDF straight into the system — a person only checks.
Document assistant
Answers from policies, contracts and manuals with a link to the source, instead of searching folders.
Summaries and reports
A weekly overview of jobs, e-mails and numbers in a few sentences that make sense.

What happens to our data?
I design the solution so data goes only where it must, with AI providers that don’t train on it. Sensitive material can be processed without leaving your environment. We’ll settle the details during mapping.
Will the AI make mistakes?
Sometimes, which is why I use it where it saves time and a person checks the result — not where a mistake would break something. We start with a pilot and measure how reliable it is.
What does running the AI cost?
You pay for the volume processed; for typical business admin that’s usually small monthly amounts. Before launch you get a cost estimate based on your volume.
