Business process automation and integrations
I connect the tools you already use — accounting, e-shop, CRM, stock and spreadsheets — and automate the repetitive work. You enter data once and it moves on by itself.
- For
- Companies using several tools
- First result
- Often within 2–4 weeks
- Start
- From a single connection
- Ownership
- 100% yours
When it makes sense
- You enter the same data into two or more systems.
- Someone spends hours a week on exports, imports and copying.
- Retyping mistakes show up at invoicing or with the client.
- Orders, invoices or contacts wait until someone gets to them.
What I can build
E-shop and stock
Orders flow into stock and inventory flows back to the e-shop. No selling goods you no longer have.
Accounting and invoicing
Invoices are created from jobs automatically and go to the accounting software without retyping.
CRM and e-mail
Enquiries from the website and e-mail appear in the CRM with a clear owner and priority.
Unified reporting
Numbers from several systems in one place, fresh every morning.
Alerts and reminders
Deadlines, due dates and missing documents are watched by the system, not a person.
What changes
- No more manual retyping between systems.
- Fewer mistakes discovered too late.
- People do the work, not the admin.
- Growth doesn’t mean hiring for paperwork.
How we work together
Every project goes through the same four steps. At each one you know upfront what you’ll get.
How scattered are your tools?
Pick what you use and see a score, the weak spots and what retyping costs you per year.
Common questions
Do we have to change the tools we use?
Usually not. First I try to connect what you already have. A new system makes sense only when existing tools can’t be connected or hold you back more than they help.
What if one of the connected systems changes?
The connections watch for errors and outages and alert you when something fails. Changes on other systems’ side are handled within support or ongoing work.
Which systems can you connect?
Anything with an API or an export — accounting software, e-shop platforms, CRMs, spreadsheets, e-mail, calendars. I check the specific options during mapping.

Shall we talk it through?
30 minutes on Google Meet. We’ll find out whether it makes sense — and if it doesn’t, I’ll tell you straight.
